I bought ticket for Olympic Games 2012 on Jul 19th, two tickets for Modern Penthatlon Day 1 (Sat 10th Aug). I paid with credit card the amout of 406 euros.

The day after, I received a confirmation by email from fax@liveolympictickets.com, they sent me an order summary in pdf format telling me that I had to print it out, sign it off, scan and send it back to the same mail address.

I did it and din not receive any news. So, since they have a Spanish-based number por customer care (I live in Spain), I called them.

An English-speaking guy told me that they were using the Spanish number for Spanish customer, in order to have a local customer care in Spain, but the strange fact was that the guy didn't speak any Spanish.. I talked to him in English and asked for my order.

The guy had a strong accent, it seemed to me an Holland or German accent, but it's just a guess..

He confirmed me that my order was fine, we reviewed my shipping address and he said to me thta tickets woudl be delivered in the next days.

Tickets haven't arrived so far.

I sent them yesterday a mail and both mail addresses (fax@liveolympictickets.com and traffic@liveolympictickets.com) returned me an error.

I tried to call to customer care but nobody answered. Since the have also a French-based and USA-based customer care, I tried also these numbers but without any response.

The web page is out (I find out on the web that I was closed at the end of July), they also supposed to provide a order tracking service but the web page never worked.

I am meeting today officers of Spanish police in order to place a , since this is a clear fake and tickets surely won't be delivered to me.

I can suppose that the web page is based in Andorra since I used the web scoring page scamadviser.com and it returns me that.

Ticket eventually arrived, but late and not the one I ordered

One day before the event, tickets eventually arrived, but not the ones I've ordered and paid for.

I placed an order for two tickets for Modern Pentathlon, for a total of more than 400 euros.

I finally received two tickets for Basketball (Women tournaments), whose value was widely less than the amount I had paid.

Furthermore, tickets arrived very late. They arrived the day before the event, on the morning of the day I was travelling to London, so I had to run as hell in order to get home from work and then to airport, paying taxi rides in order to get in time.. and finally I discovered that I ran for getting some tickets I hadn't choose.

I received the tickets from a Spanish company, Mundi Espectacles, based in Barcelona.

This company's name was in the delivery documentation I received.

I cannot say if they actually work with liveolympictickets.com and involved into the fraud, or they were just executing a shipment order in Spanish territory.
