livepcexpert.com aka maacafee anti virus aka microsoft told me my pc was at risk had to act asap it was associated with macafee fayetteville North Carolina
received notice that my pc was outdated by windows andhad no antivirus that was able to stop spyware on my pc was told it was about to crash since i only had free virus control and my microsoft was not going to be able to help with problems this was on 8/29/14
since i am elderly and not pc savy i paniced and allowed caller from live expert to help i gave them control of my pc they informed me that i had major problems with pc and would fix it for me plus install mcafee for a total cost of $419.99 and i would have mcafee and a support team for 3 years also told my pc would run faster i agreed and allowed them to fix pc and add mcafee. my pc ran slower thre posted 2 sights on my pc INTECHNOLOGIES CALLING CARD and TECH SUPPORT LIVE PC
on 11//21/14 received a call from unknown number and unknown name i was told that my pc was at risk with many viruses in fact the mcafee symbol on pc had a red alert on it i hung up and QUICKLY browsed to the intec calling card to find a poem nothing more i then hit the symbol for tech support refering me to another site i looked up livepc and found a number to call 800 237 3901 which i did to make this short was informed again my pc was ready to crash again stupidly i allowed them control of my pc where i was then told that they would fix my pc for only $149.00 plus tax i said NO WAY and asked control of my pc back after being told that the $419.00 was only for mcafee for 3 yrs not for service for pc surprise surprise the red akert was removed from the pc
PLEASE TRY TO HELP ME AND ALSO STOP THEM FROM DOING THIS TO OTHERS i really am going for surgery on 11/24 when i recoup i will be calling bbb and others to get my money back
