Complaint Review: Liveperson

I am so shaken to have just experienced the not only unprofessional and unethical practices by the two so called "psychics" on LIVEPERSON's web-sites but most importantly, FRAUDULENT behavior.  DO NOT CONTACT THEM FOR A READING!  THIS story confirms that the psychics read each other's scripts & pass along information regarding paying clients. I reached out to Melodie about 5 days ago & dropped off within the (3) free minute period.  I felt that she was fishing for information, continued to ask questions & was slow to respond.

She immediately sent me an e-mail very much on the attack and asked WHY I logged off!  It was quite simple:  I did not feel she was a QUALIFIED psychic worth hiring based on the initial reading.. However, I did not respond to Melodie's aggressive e-mail... A few days later I hired Intuitiv5.  I think she may have gotten in 3 BROKEN sentences in within 3 minutes?? Note:  Waste of time & money.  Billed (1) minute before I was able to disconnect...OK, TALK about DRAGGING each word out with DELAYS... Anyway, Intuitiv5 was able to get in the following.. "NONE are interested in YOU, trust me, and YOU will not work for them."  Ewwww, Intuitiv5's energy alone was just evil. 

Well this is JUST not true, I received a proposal in writing to work for the one person she said I WOULD NOT work for???? hmmm, this was per "MICHAEL" the "spiritual guide."  Anyway, after a quick & extremely rude reading, I said thank you, and ended the call. Within 1 minute of the reading, Melodie e-mailed my account.  (both online at the time) & Remember, I have NEVER e-mailed Melodie and wrote.  "Now that was funny." So what does this tell you is taking place within the company... This behavior was creepy & downright upsetting.  I truly hope APPROPIATE ACTION IS TAKEN BY CORPORATE.  THIS WILL BE REPORTED TO THE EXECUTIVE OFFICES OF LIVEPERSON IN NEW YORK.  I WILL FORWARD A RESPONSE TO INFORM HOW THIS IS BEING HANDLED.
