Complaint Review: Liveperson Kasamba

We have proof and we are going to put it in the report. As a special surprise I might get my lawyer to find out your real name and where you allegedly work (a bit of payback since you and crazy Susan did the same to me). These are your crimes.

1. Lying about a client's rating (this was posted on the experts forum several weeks ago)-we can prove it is a lie.

2. Using scripted readings (there are several that are identical-the differences are minimal)

3. Trying to con people (come on, I knew the second you messaged me what you wanted because i recognised the email address from the group-you weren't worried about me, you wanted to get me to can the discussion)

4. Lying about being 'concerned' about someone -

5. Lying about how she found out the transcripts -she told me that a client informed her-we have screenshots that show she had been in the group since May

6. Revealing client information publically. She revealed information about me (AND twisted the truth) because I wouldn't do what she wanted (i.e. stop the group discussion about her). It goes to reason that she will do this to anyone.

7. Defamation - I do not have a 'mental illness' I have a heavy workload and this on top of it is tiring. It is my choice. HOWEVER, I dare anyone to clinical research all day which requires a great deal of analysis and then be able to focus 100% at night. I have been doing this for a year. I AM TIRED AND I AM GOING TO SUE YOU FOR THIS STATEMNET AND OTHERS YOU EVIL STUPID MANUPULATIVE SHREW.

8. Disparaging clients- she clearly thinks she is better than clients. The implications in the post she submitted to the internal Liveperson experts' forum clearly demonstrated that she thinks herself to be above clients. The post from the experts' forum is in the group files for ALL to see and make up their mind. My interpretation is along the lines of how dare the riff raff come in here when we are trying to help them'.

9. Deception - she says she has a 'god-given' talent yet she tried to join the Kasamba Victims group. So either she was a disgruntled client or an expert trying to sneak into what was a closed group. Either way it is deception.

10. Cowardice-she blames me for outing her when the posts clearly state that I wanted nothing to do with it for 2 reasons: I was busy, and I knew the others were more than competent to take care of the issue.

11. Stupidity: The posts of the process are public. She has publically lied and defamed me and I can PROVE I don't think my dog is a doctor with a predated file and email.

So the question for clients to consider is whether or not you want this type of person for a SERVICE for which you PAY? Is this the sort of person THAT YOU CAN TRUST? If she turns on you (maybe even because you see another reader) can YOU be sure she will NOT PUBLICALLY REVEAL YOUR CONFIDENTIAL DETAILS?

Clients do not have to take our word for it. The evidence is available in the group weakguyonkasamba' and we are more than happy to help. Bent psychics are always using the excuse about personal responsibility. We are happy to assist any clients make informed choices. Unlike Shining Lies we care about other clients and are happy to provide the information anonymously to any of her current clients who want to see it.

I think she is trash with delusions of grandeur that are far above either her psychic talents or her IQ. This conclusion is not contingent upon my personal perception of this..errr piece of trash. There is ample proof. It is psychics like her that give legitimate readers an (undeserved) bad name.
