Ramjet just shows how close minded and prejudiced he is with his low IQ reply. HE doesnt understand psychic ability,so it must not be real. How immature and closed minded. Before he opens his mouth he should research some,find out people have seen proof of psychic ability for hundreds of years,and maybe then make some comment about it. Back something with proof before saying it isnt so at the very least.....not one of the complainers about psychics ever show any proof.

why not visit a psychic face to face? a Real Psychic. Surely there must be someone local. Google them. Not some Online Amateur. what really ticks me off is when people write a rip off report on someone because he or she didnt want to pay for their reading.. Come on Grow up people.

I found her to be an angry person, I checked her a couple of times when she got testy, that should have been my hint to end our conversation, people who are supposed to helping to heal others, who have a temper problem, shouldnt give out advice. (anger issues stem from much bigger issues at the core).

If you do the research there are more than 1 report on this site.

(And if that is you Melodie doing the rebuttals, how do you sleep at night?)

(For people paying you 7.99 per minute, how dare you judge your clients & jump do peoples throats? & you sure can dish it out, but you cant take honest feedback, normal people get judged everyday on the quality of their work-ARE U different?)

Services like this are obviously needed to protect innocent people.

There is a thread on here about a client who called her and another and got the SAME exact reading, you can find it, just do the homework.

I do believe there are honest pyschics, empaths out there., but there are few and far inbetween... Stay away from tarot readers, too much can interpretted incorrectly.

I used this site at time in my life where I was really vulnerable and looking for answers. Sadly, I chose one reader who was a total fake, telling me all kinds of rubbish and scaring the hell out of me with threats of darkness, black magic and evils in my life which she said would ruin my life. This reader was Love readings by Jeenifer. I contacted her for about two months before I realized she was a bullsh*tter, then decided to get a second opinion and in doing so, kick started my addiction to the site. I have since closed the account and realize that I need to live my life without psychics and there glorified stories.
The really dodgy psychics I used over 5 months:

Love readings by Jeenifer - avoid her at all costs, she lies, makes things up and tells you about evils, darkness, bad things , no predictions came true
V-love (Victoria Love) - tells tall stories and sugar coats everything, no predictions came true
Madam Zara - tells you what she thinks you want to hear. Actually admitted she had mislead me after 3 readings

One's that were semi ok:

Psychic Sid - he seems to actually connect to the situation but not so sure about his accuracy of predictions
Stephans psychic soul - seems to be accurate, not sure about his predictions as they haven't happened yet, but the time frame he gave is a long way away
Love Doctor Deon - I would say he tells it like it is, not sure about him to be honest

the good one's:
Queen sunshine - she connects straight away, doesn't ask for dob's, she was the only one who was accurate and to the point. Doesn't waste time or money.
Light Rae - connects straight away and tells you like she see's it, she also helps guide you in the right direction, no sugar coating and fluff here.

Anyway, my addiction to liveperson is thankfully over.

So basically MPM is either discussing her clients/sessions with other clients (and probably experts), or she's trying to drum up business for herself by pretending to be a client (lying).

Doesn't make her look good either way, and you're absolutely right to keep your distance. In fact, it's best to avoid anyone over at LivePerson. They're well-known to look the other way from all manner of unscrupulous behaviour.
The only thing they care about and take action against are activities that could take money out of their own filthy pockets.

How do you know what happened between the psychic and the client??? Did she put in her comment "the reader told me my ex wouldn't return", how do you know she lied?

Response: the reader told you, which is unethical, and totally wrong... The information shared in a reading should be private, and she had no right to tell you about this client's issues...

Some people are unsatisfied with a reader, and it is too simplistic to assume it is because they didn't hear what they wanted...

I spoke to readers on LP before, and I gave bad ratings... You would be surprised to know that I did so, because the readers were obviously not connected, and kept on building the fairy tale my life was about to become, all the money I would receive, my wealthy, wonderful husband, my beautiful kids... and couldn't give me a single information on my present issue allowing me to see if they were legitimate...

I am glad this client had "the nerve" to contest her payment, since she obviously wasn't satisfied with her read...

I never had a read with MPM, but now that I know she shares her readings content with her clients, I won't be getting close to her anytime soon...

This company has the worse customer service I have ever encountered, I kept calling and emailing and they finally refuned me, I was so angry, I had a bad reading, at their advice, left the rating and feedback, and then found out later its to their discretion whether they will post the feedback. (The didnt post the rating and feedback I left of course). This is highly unethical and unprofessional! Consumers have a right to know the quality of service readers offer, but this company manipulates the system so you cant see the good and the bad, if you look at their refund policies and system on feedback, you will be surprised,

You are so right about some people on Liveperson who tell the truth. Mystical Portal Morgana is amazing! She is right with her predictions. She might of missed one but she was upset because her mother wasn't doing so good. I miss seeing her on liveperson. I am not sure if shes there anymore.

I have been fortunate to live chat and email this expert over the last 4 years on LP.com. She is only on site part time, and her ratings/comments from strangers speak for themselves. She does mainly email readings for her clients. MPM is who and what she says she is-REAL.


She had only 1 female client that was told in a reading that her ex would not be returning to her, in return this client rated MPM with 2 stars, lied in her comments posted about her reading, was not woman enough to take in the truth, when she was warned before hiring the expert, ONLY the truth would be told to her. This user client then had the nerve to contest payment of her email reading, dupping the expert and LP.

From the first time I was referred to her, until present time, the ONLY information she needs are first names, specific issues/questions, and complete date of births to connect to her clients. You do not NEED to tell her anything more.

Date of births are also required to ensure that by law clients are 18 or over, MPM is not an astrologist nor a numerologist.


I mention this expert as outstanding, reputable, sincere, friendly and very gifted and knowledgeable.


When using psychics or tarot readers, do not offer much information, be specific and do not lie! The real psychics such as MPM will know in advance. If MPM can't help nor connect with clients, she TELLS you so and I have heard she has in the past, invoiced a few clients for zero, because she felt such empathy for them and the stress they had been under. MPM is not there to get rich that's for sure, and no one refers clients to her, either.


She told me her IQ is 142 and I believe her; she is a problem solver. I have emailed her many times on LP with updates, and NEVER has she pressured me to hire her to pad ratings, or make more money on the same subject within a short period of time. She actually has told me to contact her when things changed, and her PREDICTIONS are SPOT ON!


LivePerson does have many gifted readers, and I advise anyone using psychics do not allow yourself to become addicted, use common sense in your own decision making, and stick with only a few readers. People forget that psychics absorb information from clients at times, which will color the reading the way YOU want the information to be. Ask for truth and clarity, first! Clients need to have a clear mind when having readings, and also be calm. Readers are only human, and no one is 100% correct in life about anything!


Also rate your sessions based on the criteria that the expert worked with you well, and you enjoyed their style and honesty. Don't penalize readers if you don't hear what you want to hear, either. Come back and read your sessions again, then rate when you are in balance. LP experts work very hard, long hours and the good ones need to be treated as the professionals they really are.

Looking at the list of "bad" psychics I do agree that there are some situations here that are uncalled for, however to label a psychic as bad because she told you she was not connecting seems a bit harsh. She was honest enough to tell you this rather than to go in and try to just take your money, in my book that should count for something other than being called a "bad" psychic and listed on a ripoff website. Another one you mentioned as "bad" because they "stated the obvious" and yet I would have to think if you gave them information of your own will-it would be pretty silly for the opposite to happen and then they would have been listed as "bad" for disagreeing with the "obvious"

some tips I would suggest---don't supply too much information to any psychic on your own--wait and see what you are asked for. its not unreasonable for them to need something to connect too--just don't oversupply info.

it's also possible to have a darn good psychic and have them stink at timelines and vice versa. find out what the psychic's specialty is and see one that specializes in what your area is, I can't tell you how important that is. Some are great at helping you find things but can't connect to another person's feelings for anything. Others may see images and not understand the info that is being given to them. Do your homework on this and find out what they are specifically known for being good at first.

Anyone that is rude to you, demanding, or trying to get you to send them loads of money on the side for some sort of spell removal you need to run--not walk--from. The best psychic that i know personally I would have to say is accurate *most* of the time, and not all of the time, and that speaks volumes to me. I would never consider calling her bad for that reason-and I don't know anyone that is more accurate than her.

Don't hesitate to ask a reader "are you accurate?" or "how accurate are you?" an honest reader knows that no reader is 100% accurate on all things at all times and will do their best to be up front with you on this.

Just some food for thought.

OMG, I cant believe people get away with swindling others out of their hard earned money. I believe there are Honest Psychics, but those who just give generalities or try to beat around the bush are very dishonest. my friend is a honest reader, and if she cant get a vibe or a connection then she is honest and says to that person she cant help them. but at least she is honest! Unlike some of these so called other psychics. one thing I learned No one can read every single person. everyone has different reading needs, and not everyone can be read by just one person. There are honest readers out there, it is unfortunate that there are so many dishonest people out there who are experts at conning people.

Listen, there are some true genuine psychics on Live Person and Psychic Goddess Elysabeth is definitely the REAL DEAL. No, she is not exactly a "fortuneteller" -- she is a psychic medium who gives incredible details. She DOES NOT 'fish!' Reputable psychics need to make sure they have made a connection before beginning...

This points out what you should expect from a Psychic Reading and that is, if you expect the reading to solve your life's problems -- only YOU can do that for yourself... Readers can give insight, but ultimately it's up to you what you do with the information AND you're own feelings.

I do want to point out Live Person DOES need to do a major clean-up job on their site. But before I point out some of the problems Live Person has, allow me to give you the names of the REAL PSYCHICS ON LIVE PERSON! I have tried many... and I do not regret it either. Sure, some were pure slop -- but these are ASTOUNDING PSYCHICS.
They are:

1) Psychic Godess Elysabeth is Number ONE best reader on there. No doubt. She would not have possibily "guessed" or "fished" for any details she gave me. In fact, her prediction was so dead on, I almost laughed out loud when it happened. SHE IS GREAT!!!!!

2) Michael Duval. Simply awesome and very spiritual. Again, Michael is not a "fortuneteller," he reads "energies" and "circumstances." His vision adds clarity to the consults and his wisdom is well worth the price.

3) Zadalia -- another amazing medium much like Elysabeth. She is very gifted.

4) Corvus. An exceptional tarot reader. Just that alone is well worth the cost. You have to pay your doctor whether he is correct in his diagnosis or not don't you? Although Corvus is VERY accurate.

5) Pathefinder. Once again a highly ethical card reader. Takes her time and is very understanding if you have to close because of finances. Plus, her predictions pan out.

6) Phillip Love. He is a great man, and is very wise. I am not sure if he's psychic, maybe he is, but he does give some really great advice and common sense. PLus, he understands other men and this gives him good insight into couples etc.

7) Sebastian is a true medium. Has on and off days, doesn't always want to read, but he's the real thing. Catch him in the right mood and he'll blow ur socks off.

The awful ones. I can't even remember their names they were so bad.

But avoid:

Anyone who speaks a lot of about their God-given gift passed down through generations. Or they seem overtly religious and claim God makes all the decisions and they only deliver them --How can you criticize God? This usually points out a scam.

1) One psychic gave me some truly awful advice and it was a disaster. I won't go into this -- it is too embarrassing that I was that stupid. It almost ruined my life.

2) A few have logged on and said "I am sorry, I am now in prayer. Check back later." Then they log off. This means they don't want to bother to read you.

3) Charging for spells to "lift obstacles" or "take away the darkness around you..." 'I can assure you I can bring him back with my spells.' These are usually gypsy frauds. (I myself am a psychic and streetlights go out when I walk under them. I don't think I need the spells of these mixed up souls to "lift blocks.")

4) Charging for spell-casting probably shouldn't even be allowed on Live Person anyway. It is so easy to fake that. Who can ever know for sure if the person has cast a spell? Besides, spells don't always work.

5) And yes, a lot of times these readers will actually bail out on or shut you off if their predictions aren't working or accurate and they dont want to face the embarrassment of being wrong over and over.

One psychic I actually befriended, I really thought he was the greatest, started bailing out after the 3 or 4th reading. And I always gave him high ratings. As a reader, I think he was over his head and did not even know how to answer. But I was very hurt this guy did this to me... It made me feel very violated because I trusted the guy.

6) One psychic told me to go bake a cake! That was her answer.

7) It sounds like the psychic is reading a script --- I think it's because they are. They have canned lines they rattle off to just about everyone.

8) They have many rude psychics on there. Most people get readings because they don't know which way to turn, or are feeling vulnerable and need to see some light in the distance.

I had one psychic say to me (and this was their Number 1 on the list) "He doesn't give a crap about you! Move on with your life." This should not be tolerated. It wasn't true anyway.

As a psychic reader, like any other counselor, you do not have the right to cut people off, be rude, or lie. This sometimes happens on psychic sites.

It's like being a celebrity who gets upset when the media follows them. It is part of the deal they are already agreed to as psychics AND ADVISORS. If the psychic can no longer read their client, or does not like the energy they feel from the client, they can suggest another ethical reader. Or just say. "sorry I can't read you."

As you go through life, wise ones know there is nothing easier than being honest. It is the lies which gets you into hot water.

As far as Live Person is concerned they are some really exceptional psychics on there.... But Live Person needs to check in on their readers and see exactly what some of these people are doing under their umbrella. A few bad apples makes everyone on the site look rotten and this is not right.

So don't throw the baby out with the bath water!

Dont go with the highly expensive ones either -- they are not any better than the cheaper ones. Mid-range $3.99 to $6.99 is fair. Corvus is very inexpensive and one of the best.

Readers (such as Psychic Goddess) who gets lots of return customers are the real deal. 5 Stars is a good indicator but I think the real lousy ones and the frauds have their friends get on and leave top ratings.

If the reader has only 4 stars, that means they are truly lousy and you would get better advice from a non-psychic friend than talkinf to Mr. 4 Star. Some on Live Person don't even speak English that well. Avoid!

Psychic readings are fun. I can attest to the abilities of the psychics that I have listed above. They have helped me a lot and I do appreciate it.

You can phone Liveperson. The corporate office is in New York City. The original company Kasamba (which they purchased) is based in Israel in terms of the website techs.

The voicemail and fax is what is known as a virtual phone number via a company called jconnect. All messages and faxes are delivered via email to the recipient.

Regarding where the fake psychics are located - all over. Most are in the United States, many are in Canada, UK, Israel and Australia. The psychics are predominately women aged 30-60, working from their homes. The chat software is downloaded from Liveperson onto their computers.

The fake psychics live everywhere. One lives in Ohio, another in New Jersey. David-James and his wife Bohemian Moon live in upstate New York. Katharine lives in Arkansas. Moon Mystress Jennifer lives in Ontario, Canada, and the list goes on.

Not one of these people are real psychics. Sylvia Browne is even a fake.

All people have some sort of intuitive abilities or sixth sense, and you've heard of a woman's intuition. But to pay someone money to look into your future is ridiculous. No one knows what tomorrow brings. Using psychic hotlines or websites like Liveperson/kasamba is a huge waste of money.

PS If you want to test the liveperson software, go to the site and sign up as an expert. Anyone can do it. Create an account as an expert in some field. It is that easy.

To answer your question Jackie, no there were no accurate psychics on Liveperson from my experience anyway & I have tried the expensive ones & the cheap ones so we are talking about 50 different ones at aleast.

I think this is a call centre in India. You cant actually phone Liveperson, they have voice messages & fax as the company info. I have no doubt that this is mainly based in one of the developing countries.

Elsa are you from Kingston Ontario or Beverly Hills? One post has Canada and the other has California? Multiple locations as "Elsa" means you have multiple identities on ROR and that will hurt your credibility. Try to sign in with the same account every time. I'm sorry you were a psychic addict but glad you woke up and will no longer fall prey to the vultures. It's people like Elsa that expose themselves for what they really are - desperate to hear what they want to hear, despite facing reality. I read the list, and kept scrolling down, and then saw more names of psychics, kept scrolling and saw more names of psychics, and then wondered:

How many people did she have to go to in order to hear the SAME THING!! ALL of her complaints say she got told the same thing, and yet she kept going back!!

You would think that when the guy tells you he doesn't want a relationship, you'd just listen, but obviously you don't. It goes to show low your self esteem is when you have to repeatedly pay to hear what you want to hear and spend your money over and over to be told the same thing. The funny part of this is that you probably stopped calling when the guy told you in no uncertain terms to leave you alone (you didn't get the hint when predictions weren't coming true, but the guy had to force you to face it), and when you meet someone new, you'll be calling again. And when that doesn't happen, you'll come back to call yourself a victim.

Elsa - this was a great post about your experiences and hopefully this will add to real feedback for any potential clients - I have hired several of the ones you mentioned in the past - and of course nothing ever happened, but you really nailed how they operate. Same experiences basically that I had.
