will let the correspondence speak for itself. These are actual email communications I have had over the past month. They even had the gall to say that I was absolutely unprofessional. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! I still have no product or refund. Any respectable company waits till shipping the item before charging your credit card.

I place a purchase on April 15th. You charged my credit card; however, your website says I have not placed any orders. Can you please rectify
this.

Bret,
there is a problem in the shopping cart, and the company has had the tech department working on this. That would be the rectification on the issue. Your confirmation ID: 1402224553

Hello,
We do have a 3-4 business day processing period after payment is received. Then we will issue you your UPS tracking number and UPS will ship you your package within 3-5 business days. So since you purchase Sunday, you will receive your tracking number Wednesday or Thursday. THANKS

Wednesday has come and gone and my package must be sitting on that shipping dock STILL. I would appreciate an honest answer as to WHEN my package is shipping. There are many out there that are putting down your site. I sure don't want to be one of those people. You billed me 11 days ago. Most companies bill you when they ship your merchandise. When will you be shipping my purchase?

This is my final attempt at an amicable resolution to my shipment. If I have not heard back from you in the next 24 hours, I will be forced to take further action. I was really hoping that the posts out there were rumor, but it appears they were not. It has been 16 days since you charged my card and 12 days since you gave me a tracking number and told me it was on the dock.

Hello,
We have UPS coming on Thursday and Friday bringing extra trucks so that we can have every single package shipped from our shipping dock by Friday afternoon. I went out to the shipping department and checked up on your package for you. Judging by what place in line that it is, I'm going to say that your shipping date is Friday the 4th of May. There is a possibility that it could ship on Thursday the 3rd if there is enough room on the truck. lease check your tracking number on thursday and friday of this week to see the movement in your package. We thank you for being patient and we look forward to you receiving your order. THANKS for being a great customer.

Hello,
Thank you for your participation in calling and emailing the company about your order. I am sure you were told by one of the representatives at the company, that we had extra shipping trucks coming from multiple shipping companies to pick up the tremendous amount of packages on the shipping dock. This has been going on all day and will continue through Wednesday May 9, 2007. This being said, your package could depart any time from now until then, but the date above will be the latest any package will be leaving. I feel there has been some miscommunication on the shipping department and sales department at the company and being head of shipping i thought it appropriate to clear this up. I hope this email will be the light at the end of a tunnel (a long one for some...haha), and will aid in any confusion you may have had.

Thanks,
Jose Hernandez

I have been more than patient and believed all the empty promises you have made. Your final promise, as shown below is for Wednesday May, 9. If my package does not show on UPS website as being picked up tomorrow, I will be taking further action. There will be no more buying time with my money!

Extremely Dissatisfied,
Bret

Bret,
no one is buying any time, and frankly your money is means nothing to the company. I will personally pull your package off the shipping line and issue you a refund for the product. Your attitude is absolutely unprofessional, and could have been handled in a much more meaningful manner. Thanks -Todd M.

Livesay International is a total scam

#2Consumer Comment

More and more people are exposing this website as a scam. The emails, excuses and delaying tactics are all identical from Livesay to all the customers they have scammed. No legit company would correspond the way they do with customers. They are kids.

Tecnical issues, package on the loading dock, not enough UPS trucks, no solid pick up date....

If a customer has more packages than one UPS truck can handle, a phone call to 1800-UPS would solve the problem. They will send as many trucks needed to pick up all packages! Packages = Money. Simple.

The most shocking thing is Authorize.net - A reputable payment gateway for legit online business is continuing to provide the means to capture money through their system.

Authorize.net - A brand that we have come to trust online is an accomplice. Disappointing.
