Complaint Review: Cigarrest

I was trying to quit smoking and saw a advertisment for Cigarrest on Fox. I call the number go the product.. I tried it and failed to quit smoking. I called the company they were very nice and gave me return information. I sent this via Registered Mail and an E Hines signed for it.. I took pictures as well.

On April 10th the company recieved the package and 16 days later I was billed $69.50 from a company called Living Essentials in Vista California. I called my credit card company and they gave me a phone number (which turns out nobody will ever answer because there are no operators. (Staked out two employees picking up mail and followed them to there garage business.)

In any event I have reported this to the BBB and as fraud, conacted the BBB and they said they have thousands of complaints but at this time are not taking any action against the company until they build a stronger case.

It seems I am on my own and fighting with my credit card company to dispute the charges. Not sure if there is anything else I can do
