Complaint Review: Living Lean Chinese Diet Tea

on november 6, ordered trial package of "amazing diet tea" guaranteed to make you lose 30 lbs in 30 days. when i got my bank statement i noticed that they had charged me twice for the product. i called on 11/15 and 11/16/08 to cancel further shipments. the first operator didn't even ask for my name or anything, the second one took all of necessary information for return of my money. on 11/28/08 they took $59.95 out of my account. so, here it is december 22, 2008, still NO refund and every time i call any of their phone numbers they are conveniently disconnected or out of service. to date i am due a total of $89.90 refund. i have since turned in the debit card for that account so they won't( or shouldn't be able to steal any more money). i've been calling all morning, every number associated with both companies, still no good. HELP! i am on disability and this is getting to be ridiculous. has the whole world turned into liars and theives? i think we should band together and start a class action against them and try to shut them down. who out there is with me on this?
