Living Lean, Living Lean/Wuyitea quite rip-off by WU-YI Tea Las Vegas, Nevada
It is quite rip-off!
The web page is deceptive. They give you a chance to sample their tea for a small shipping charge. Then you are put on a monthly automatic shipping of the tea.
Next you are also subscribing to a Lean living, program that tells you what you should eat. I was told over the phone that I signed up for that too!!! Do not remember that!!!
It then shows up on your bank statement as WUYITEA for $29.95 and then the other shows up a week later as LIVING LEAN for $19.95 each month!!!
There are no phone numbers on the bank statement. If you have time you can search the net and find it. When I called one number they said that I had to cancel in writing. They did finally say that they will cancel my membership, which I did not realize that I was, and told me where to ship the box back, then before that was done I was cut off!!!
I did get in touch with a live person and was able to get a refund from Lean living, only after I asked for their physical address, which was in Las Vegas.
He told me that I could not get a refund at first. But when pressured by asking for the address, he gave in. NOW we will see if I get it.
I will be watching by bank statements and have a letter read to send to my stat's Attorney Generals office to alert them of this scam.
teahelp@usa.com is the address to cancel the tea order.
It may be a good product, but I do not trust them with how things were done.
