I call and asked about a refund due to a charge not autorized by their partner company LIVING LEAN LV. No one speaks without an accent that you can clearly understand. I was directed to and talked to 3 different people and not one was AMERICAN and all they could say was they were sorry! YES THEY ARE!! Do not buy or order from them. I have filed a complaint with my bank as well for these charges.
