Complaint Review: Living Lean

I had signed up with a company Wu-Yi Source Tea for a free trial of 30 days worth of tea. Not realizing when you sign up they sign you up for automatic shipments that only stop when you cancel. Finding this out I called them to get further details and then was told about the Livng Lean program that I was also signed up for automaticly. I was not happy with all this so I asked them to please cancel my order. In doing so I also aske if that would cover canceling the Linving Lean. They informed me that there was no difference in the two and they were canceled.

however i was informed later by a friend who too had signed up that she had called and canceled and was told Living Lean was a free program for Wu Yi and that there would not be any charges from them even if it was not canceled. So she decided to save her self the hassel and not worry. We have both had charges to our accounts.

I have called Wu Yi informing them of their miss information and asked if they them self could do anything about these charges. They were rude and unhelpful. they said it was clear when I signed up that Living lean was part of the deal and that I should have known that I needed to call them as well and cancel. They said they would do nothing and just gave me some other number.

I recommend not dealing with this company!! Do not order with them!!
