Liz Tomey No Membership Support or Confirmation On Affiliate Purchase Internet

On 01/27/2014, I purchased a copy ofLiz Tomey's "BMW - Membership Profits Business Model Fast Track Coaching Program" for $97.00 USD. Finding it difficult to get started, I asked for and received coaching help from Liz and one member of her support staff until 02/01/2015. Then, without any warning, I didn't receive a single reply to my legitimate requests for help.

The three specific areas I needed help in were as follows. First Liz personally offered me the opportunity to suggest some (brainstorming) ideas for possible topic/themes and lessons for my membership site. She has never given me any feedback on this. Second, she says that both her coaching and DFY (Do For You/Yourself) clients can and will get help by submitting a trouble ticket at:  LizLive.com. Not true! Not a single request in over a week has been answered by Liz or her support team. Strange, since she specifically states on the webpage or Support Portal: "We will reply to you within 24 business hours. Note that business hours are Monday-Thursday 10 am – 5pm Eastern time."

The last issue Liz has been less than helpful or cooperative on is the purchase of a product called Never Say Later PLR. Ms. Tomey sent me the following message to my email Inbox on 01/30/2015:

The fact is that I made the purchase, and then filled out and submitted
the form I was instructed to. As of today's date, 02/09/2015, Ms.
Tomey has once again not kept her word to me. All I have asked for is
the email confirming the site has indeed been setup and operational.
Not one word in reply, again. I refuse to pay for a coaching program,
of all things, that offers its members no reliable means of getting any
coaching advice. I will not accept an affiliate lying to me and repeatedly
ignoring my legitimate requests to give me any information she says I
will receive on the product I have paid for

Ms. Tomey has issued me a full refund and responded in full as to the cause of her support site being "down." I no longer have any dispute with her or her company. She was polite and clear in her reply. Please mark my case as resolved. Thank you.
