This company lizzydress is a scam, they are selling dresses on Facebook and Instagram and it takes several weeks to get the dress from China, When it finally arrived it smelled so bad, like stale burlap. The cleaning instructions say "no dry cleaning” and "wash below 30”, what does that even mean?? When emailing the company, they can’t tell me how to clean the dress, they have no clue how to remove the bad smell which they admitted was from their dyes. And they won’t honor a refund, they are offering $10 of the $38 I paid and saying I need to return the dress at my expense to China with no smell! OMG what a sham, it came with a horrible smell so how do I return it without a smell when they won’t even tell me how to clean the dress? Please everyone beware of this company, the dress had potential but the company will screw you!
