Hello ripoffreport. 

I am addressing my complains through your website, in hope of recieving more honesty in regards to free market methods. 

I have experienced that the firm, LL Bean is lying whether or not they have an actual capability of shipping their items internationally. 

This critique relies on the repidately outdating mail saying that the order, a pair of outdoor gloves (Windbloc Converta-Mitt - Order#: 010088468296 000) has been backordered over 3 times. Today (04/30 '11) The order was cancelled, during ''(...)the unforeseen circumstances that resulted in our need to cancel your backorder'' - Source: L.L.Bean, letter.

I have ordered the item at 10/01 '11, so that hands me an unclarity of the order status during 3 months and 20 days. This has been with a big annoyment, and uncertanity in relation to this, which leaded to the great frustration the cencelation letter also gave me. 


Do the modern trading conditions allow this?! - If not, please help this investigation to gain its right of holding back this bureaucration suppression tendency.
