LL Bean I went to store they wouldn't exchange my jacket Marlton New Jersey

I received a jacket for xmas a few years ago. It didn't fit so I went to the Marlton store and exchanged it. They sent the jackets to my home as thjey were out of stock.

I only wore the jacket on occasion until last winter (2017) at which time I wore it for work The begining of Jan 2018 the zipper kept opening up and jambing. I took the jacket to the Marlton store and they wouldn't replace it

I called customer service they couldn't find any information on the computer although my address was listed with my wifes name they wouldn't replace it

 

When I received the jacket the policy was exchange any time not satisfied. I have other clothes purchased from LL Bean they are not listed on their compuer so I guess there guarentee only applies if it makes it in the computer
