I purchased 3 pairs of handmade made moccasins from LL Designs online store for $397.06 on July 17, 2019. The merchant states that it will take up to 120 days for the order to ship. On September 30, 2019, I received a courtesy email from them stating my order was almost ready to ship.
I never received my order and all forms of communication to them was ignored. I filed a dispute with PayPal in January 3, 2020 and had it escalated. PayPal refunded my American Express card on January 12, 2020.
All consumers engaging in contact with this merchant are playing with their time and money. Their great reviews are misleading. Buyer Beware...
