LLOYD'S AUTO SALES SOLD ME A MOTORIZED CYLCE THAT DID NOT TECHNICALLY BELONG TO THEM. IT COULD HAVE BEEN STOLEN, LOST OR MISSING. WHEN I ASKED FOR MY MONEY BACK. HE REFUSED. THE TITLE HAD NO SIGNATURE OF THE OWNER. I CAN'T REGISTER IT OR SELL IT.
