I received in the mail early in June literature on Brian Johnson Operation Millionaire . It looked interesting and I decided to call and receive the business course for 9.95 for shipping and handling only to be charges 299.75 after 30 days with full guarantee . If you are dissatisfied for ANY reason,full refund minus shipping and handling charges.
After doing this I reconsidered my decision and contacted their customer support and after several trys to get a service representative I was able to leave a message and verbally canceled my order.
within two days June 11th I received the Operation Millionaire I returned it immediately to the United State Post Office,refusing delivery. September 10 , 2012 I was billed 299.75 and after finely getting a service representative on the line was told they had indeed received the Operation Millionaire but that I did not look at the material as per the guarantee and was not given a return RMA number. Having not followed their Guarantee rules they had the right to bill us for 299.75 (this from Manager Sarah Armstrong) This is Out and Out Fraude(Stealing)
