lnt.com Torrey Commerce Fraudulent by giving only partial refund when product defective, Internet

Ordered lighted Irish treetop angel on 12/14/11.  Paid $41.99 and received the next week.  It did not work.  Contacted company for RMA as instructed and they sent a prepaid FedEx label for the package which I then had to drive 50 miles to put in a FedEx pickup box.  They have given me only a partial refund of $33.59 after deducting 20 percent as a restocking fee.  I was not informed of a restocking fee either when I ordered the item nor when I requested return instructions.  It is a total ripoff to not refund the full purchase price of a defective item.
