Do not buy a trailer from this company as once they have your money, you will get no service. I had a problem and took it to the dealer twice who said there was nothing wrong. He never told me to contact Load Trail. I took it to a government accredited shop who found the trailer alignment was out by 60 millimetres, 4 inches who repaired the trailer. Now Load Trail won't pay my costs as they said I had no pictures showing it was out 60millimetres. These had to be taken before the trailer was taken apart. How can you take a picture of a trailer out of alignment. If you are thinking of buying a trailer, do not buy from this company.
