I purchsed a new dump trailer from a dealership in Utah.  The trialer is a 10,000 lb gooseneck dump trailer.  It is designed to haul both material and equipment.  I used the trailer for the summer with no issues, loading it with garbage and dirt.  I hauled 5 ton regularly with no issues.  I then rented a Cat 236 skidsteer to haul to a jobsite.  The machine weighs 6000 lbs, well under the GVWR for the trailer.  I used the trailer, loaded the machine back up and returned it.  Upon returning the trailer i noticed that the axles were bent.  I know that i did not overload the trailer so i contacted the dealership since this trialer is supposed to have a "232 warranty" that includes " 2 years on every single componant on the trailer" "3 year structural warranty" and "2 year road side assisantce".  The warranty department asked me to send pictures.  I did just that.  They then sent a return email saying " you overloaded the trailer and bent the axles, this is not covered under the warranty".  I've only used this trialer a hand full of times.  I used it to the manufactures suggested guidelines.  They are stonewalling me.  Thier warranty is only good as long as nothing breaks.  Very unsatisfied..
