Loader Parts Source Will not return deposit for core charge Elkhart Indiana
This company is refusing to return my core charge of $1000
After many emails and calls they are trying to keep my money because they said they do not need the cores anymore. No where on any of their paperwork does it state their is a time limit to return the cores.
This company is a total scam. Do not do business with them. They will take your money and leave you with nothing

There is no time limit on any of your paperwork and you did not offer me a full refund. You offers half of my money back. This company is a total rip off and they will keep your core charges. I have the cores in the origional boxes so if LPS wants to do the right thing then they can send the shipping ticket and I will send them back for a full refund. Anything less is a total scam. DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH LOADER PARTS SOURCE. THEY WILL KEEP YOUR CORE DEPOSIT AND RIP YOU OFF

You forgot to mention you've had these units for 15 months, you did not take the multiple opportunities to return these cores for a full refund when we contacted you, and that you currently have a very generous offer for these cores that you did not want to return three months ago. We do not enjoy disputes either. That is why we call multiple times and make free return shipping arrangements during the time when the full core deposit can still be refunded. We truly want our customers to get a full refund of their core deposit.
