Horrible horrible customer service. I paid these guys $9,000 for a new pump and $3000 in labor to remove and replace it.The pump has less than 10 seconds on it and a gasket failed.They gave me two options spend another $3000 in labor on my dime to remove it so they can exchange it or if I replace the $20 gasket myself they would void my warranty!!! I bought a BRAND NEW PUMP from these guys and they expect me to eat their mess up.
They want to talk about their policies and nonsense. All I see is a vendor who dosent stand behind their products. once they get your money forget about good service. To them their mess ups are your problem to fix at your expense. They even threatened to “blacklist me”. Apparently I’m unreasonable for not wanting to spend another 3k in labor because of their defective pump. Especially when there is a $20 fix but they’ll void my warranty on the pump if I fix it.
SHOP ELSEWHERE!!!!! This company does not stand behind their products blames the customer for their deficient products. Then when you send the pump in for warranty,(The pump ran for 5 seconds after install) they tell you its not warrantable hold the pump hostage and demand more money. This is exactly what just happened to me on a BRAND NEW $9000 pump and literally got robbed $1400 more to get it back.
You will get no service from this company only headaches, garbage products and an empty wallet. I sure hope that $1400 was really worth it guys :)Because now everyone is going to hear about this as much as possible and hopefully steer customers to business that help their customers and not rob them blind. Truly disgraceful.
