I was suckered in thier ads that they will double the down payment and get you a loan. What they basically did was shove a lemon down my throat as well as a 450.00 a month payment for a FORD POS.
They knowingly sold me a car with 4 different set of tires on the car, ( Bridgestone, Continental, Toyo and Firestone). I had a blow out on Thanksgiving morning asnd could not get the tire repaired as everyone was closed. Made to Quoge, NY and went to Otis Ford to repair tire wich was not repairable. I had to purchase a new tire which I paid 158.00 and thats when I found out after the Technition had told asked me how in the world did you get 4 different tires on the car. I told him I did not know about the tires until now and that I just purchased the car at Loman Ford in New Jersey and he said they should never had sold the car like that. I asked him to look over the car and put it in the report if he had found anything else wrong, he found the driver said door handle was ready to break off and the passenger side door panel was not fastened and secured to the door. I called Loman once I got back and was told you brought the F+++car, there is nothing we can do.

So I contacted Ford Motor Group with the problem and was told it is not thier problem but the dealerships problem. So I turned to them and asked if they manufactured the car or not? or did Chevy made the car, so both Loamn and Ford Motor Group are scammers and conartists who are out there to rip off the public. I will never ever by another Ford product as long as I live, I will take this further and hopefully with some great luck.

Apparently you are a non-observant person because tires are one of the major factors to consider when negotiating the purchase of a used automobile. Why didn't you notice the tires were different when checking the pressure? How could you possibly be unaware that the driver's side door handle was in poor condition?

Different brand tires, a lose door handle and a lose door panel does not define a lemon.

The time to complain about the monthly payments is before you sign the agreement.
