I also had a very bad experience with The Loan Arranger in Oshawa. I was told the loan process was quick and 100 percent approval. For the following week after that statement each day i was asked for more and more of my information. The person I had been dealing with just switched me over to someone else who told me I call too much and that the other person was wrong in what they told me. So basically they have all my personal information and income information and I got nowhere. I went to the bank and was approved that same day. I have now bought a vehicle elsewhere and would suggest for no one to deal with The Loan Arranger in Oshawa anyway. One hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing. Their customer service was lacking in any sort of politeness....it was as if I was bothering them trying to buy a vehicle there.

Hi my name is Roy from The Loan Arranger. I am sorry your experience was a negative one with me or the company. We do have a 100 percent approval stated in our ads but we also state "based on ability to pay, minium income requirements and some down payment may be required". With that being said I highly believe there is more to your story then jut being told no, most likely you didnt like your answe on the cost or options presented to you. Feel free to contact me at the office to discuss because i dont believe there was a dead end, there are always options like lowering your expectations of caliper of vehicle you want or increasing down payment on the deal to satsify the lenders.

The reason we have stipulations on our 100 percent approval is for reasons such as "unemployed people wanting a 2011 40000$ bmw". i am not stating this was your case at all. I am just clairfying 100 percent without conditions would not be in our best interest or the consumers (because they cant pay and would get bad credit).

Please note i felt the complaint needed both views and also my name was mentioned.

Thank you
