COMPLETELY INCOMPETENT!!!!!!!!
Dealing with them for the last six months has been a nightmare!!!!!
We were charged closing costs that were sneaky and undisclosed until the night of the closing.
We were appeased by salesmen who were trained to kiss butt. They did it well.
After refinance, they were supposed to pay our taxes with over $4,000.00 that they held onto at closing. Not only did they not pay them. They misplaced the money. Then sent it a month late to our town who charged us penalties.AND!!! The amount of the taxes was less than what they took out, but they never sent us a check for the difference until we harassed them for another two weeks. THEN!!!! They sent us a check for less than what the refund was supposed to be.
OH MY GOD!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE INCOMPETENT MORONS!!!!!!!
