Loan Depot Took refundable deposit. Nationwide
Loan Depot rep, with advanced knowledge that I had not filed taxes, stated that my loan would be based on my good credit rating, 747. After taking my deposit, rep requested taxes. When I requested refund, all communication ceased. No refund, no emails, no phone calls just ripped off

Every loan shark don't care what they know, but they care only when you are going to start the process. They get money up front and huge interest later. Now you know that you need to be very careful when you deal with this type of business.
PS: "with advanced knowledge that I had not filed taxes" statement is not admissible in court because it is hearsay. You will need to elaborate that into a real interation conversation.
