FRAUD ALERT: You may have spoken to any one of the companies above. Please note. These guys are TOTAL SCAM ARTISTS. I had personally spoken with the owner of the company and he very clearly stated to me that he has absolutely no interest in loss mitigation and helping people save their homes from foreclosure. He just wanted to create a recruiting machine to sign people up and take their sign-up fee which ranges anywhere from $988 and down.

The owner's name is Scott Kennedy or Scott Ely (His real name). They started their operation around November to January of 2008-2009. They caught so much heat and bad press over the internet, that they started changing the name of the company and operating under different aliases. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT GIVE THESE GUYS ANY MONEY. I DON'T WANT TO BE THE GUY THAT SAID, "I TOLD YOU SO".

Scott and his small team of three people will most likely rebutt this report and try to disqualify and slander my name. I know the true intentions of the owner because he tried to recruit me for his operation. But I followed my instincts. I smelled something rotten. And my instincts were correct. I turned them down.

My ethics and values are more important to me than turning a quick buck. I've spoken to several of the people that these scam artists signed up and they were downright furious that they fell victim to a TOTAL SCAM. I HOPE YOU DON'T FALL VICTIM TO THIS RUSE...
