After applying for a loan with this company, another company got my banking information and began taking out money. I informed the Loan shop and ask that we make other arraignment for payment because my bank was suppose to be stopping ALL ARCH DEBITS. Several time Loan shop agreed to this arraignment and in on incident when in my account hours after we made the arraignment. My bank has tried to stop them but they started trying to take out different amount so it was hard to stop them and even after we put a stop on LoanShop they used a different name to avoid detection and again took out money. Call the company and Mrs. Linda Pritchard was very rude and condensending then put me on hold while I was talking to her.

I finally will have to close my account and find another bank. I will be filing a complaint with My state Attorney General Office because I was told that NO PAYDAY LENDER HAS PERMISSION TO SOLICIT CUSTOMER IN NC AND LEGALLY I DON'T HAVE TO PAY THEM BACK. IN NC YOU CAN ONLY OFFER LOAN WITH A FINANCE CHARGE OF NO MORE THAN 38% LOANSHOP CHARGES UPWARD OF 200%.

I am a former employee of LTS Management, Westbury Ventures, The Loan Shop, XpressCash, and other names they use. My best advice to you is to STOP applying for any online payday loans. Their contract states that if any previous loan goes into default status that they have the right to access any other or new bank accounts you may have. This may seem unfair, but that is what their contract states. When you apply for a new loan they will take your new bank account info and deduct funds. I would close any accounts that they have accessed and don't apply for anymore online loans. If you need a payday loan, and I wouldn't advise this, go to a walk in location wher you can actually have contact with a representative. Online loans are infamous for being difficult to contact after the loan has been made. Please feel free to contact me for further info.
