Complaint Review: LoanCare Servicing Center

I have had LoanCare Servicing Center as my mortgage carrier for over 5 years and my mortgage payments are automatically deducted so I have never been late on a payment.  Approximately two months ago we had a chimney fire with damage to my home.  I called our insurance adjuster who came out immediately and began the process.  I had all paper work and a check within two weeks.  However LoanCare requires that they also sign the insurance check and must inspect all work before they will disperse portions of your insurance check.  I am 6 weeks into this and I still have not had a LoanCare inspector to my home.  The work on my home is nearly complete, but LoanCare has cancelled two inspection calls, yes calls.  Because once an inspection is requested it will take 3 - 5 days for the actual inspector to call you and set up the appointment.  Once this process is over, I will immediately change mortgage companies even if I have to pay closing costs.  I will never recommend or use LoanCare Servicing Center again they are a rip off.
