Complaint Review: Loancents Financial Services

  Sorry to tell you, but you're not likely to see your money coming back.  The main reason is that there is no Sandra Warner in Charleston or Mellisa Singh in Canada, or even a loan company.   You sent your money to a couple of scammers with throwaway cell phones and public Internet access (neither of which are traceable).  In addition, when you sent the money through Western Union, that also made it untraceable.    The reason they had you send it to Canada has nothing to do with laws about who can sue whom.  It has everything to do with U.S. law enforcement's lack of jurisdiction in Canada.

   This is a common scam known as the Advance Fee Loan Scam.  The FTC has a webpage devoted to it :

iam writing another complaint on the company loancents financial this is message is for sandra warner  you have better give me my refund back its been 6 weeks and supposidly you told them to rush it ya right  this lady is a biggggggggg lier she lied to me from day one. she said you need to pay 1200 dolars up front for insurance that i am a high risk and then supposidly she told me that i had to pay 750 dollars for canadian tax after i finished paying she told me that she will fax the contract for me  and the loan company she was dealing with out of country in canada it seems every time someone does gets medicine or loan or other things it gotta bee in canada in caada if someone scams you you cant sue them its there law they cant sue you either this is also for mellisa singh if this is your real name the city that when i paid western union  city osawa canada does not even exit i looked it up whos leg are you pulling meeeeeliiissssssa siiiiiiingggggggh and sannnnnnndra waaaaaarneeeer you people are pathetic you people out htere doe not ever try even to get a loan from this company they will take for a long ride this loancents financial these people just pick a company that is doing good and they will use them that permission and will scamm you beware of these phony imitations sandra i will counter sue you for everything i am not bluffing i have people from my bank and people i borrowed mony saw who i was paying what her name was and what your name was and told bunch of people from my work make this right and youll be squeaky clean and if not people are going to know what kind of person and company you really are

i  have a compliant on loan cents financial , just last week at work the person who was suppose to give me a loan called me on the phone at work and told me that she was going to sue me because i used her name and the fake companys name andshe said i threatened i never said anything  like hurting or the other that i cant say well she also told me i told you six to eight weeks i dont think i will ever see that money because of this problem iam way behind on my car payment and rent i cant even pay half the rent may be if i didnt give money to her so called partner then i would been back on track i have been getting threats from people i borrowed money from like getting beat up i told her that but she said theres nothing she can do how ironic her phone is disconnected and i cant get even a credit rating from her but she could call me at work. maybe shes calling me from her house you never were going to pay me the refund you say you are on jan23 2010 it will be five weeks and she supposidley put urgent for six weeks so i can get the refund check faster hey whos leg are you pulling i guarantee you 200 percent just like she said that i wont see the light of day on that check be carefull people looking for a loan if you have to pay upfront for a loan its a scaaaaaaaaaaaam. you should not have to pay for a loan thats why you call it loan                                                                                     chris in arizona
