Lobel Financial harassing calls, threats, and unprofessional!!! Anaheim California
This company did nothing but harass me from the moment I was late on a payment. I tried explaining the situation and they were not willing to wait. All I got was pressed as to give them a time to make a promise as to when I could pay. When I thought I could have it by the time promised, they were quick to call and demand the payment. I can honestly say there are a few employees there that were proffesional, but do to their training I'm sure they were rude to others than just me. What made me decide to finally just say I'm done giving this company my business was when I had a lady call and she told me that I was breaking laws and I would go to jail and I should just volunteer repossesion. I at first refused but then decided that this was very absurd and couldn't handle the nonsense anymore. What made it worse was the fact she couldn't speak proper english. We argued and she threw me on hold so I hung up. She then called repeatedly throughout the week and I was done dealing with them so I had put the car in my driveway and was under the assumption they were picking it up. A few days later I come home and car is gone so they picked it up. Well I then am still getting calls and a repossesion company circling my home. What is going on? They claim they don't have it, confronted repossesion guy and he states he doesn't either but if I tell him where it is he will throw me a $100... I'm sorry don't have the car and was informed they wanted so as far as I know someone is lying. I did forget to mention that I had a "supervisor" get on the phone with me due to the lack of english from their employee, she proceeds to put the dispatcher of recovery company on the phone with me and asking me questions. This is not her job to know my financial status nor anything about me. That violated my rights as a consumer and curious as to know what else this dispatcher knows. Also i had the repo guy calling me on my cell which I never gave him at 9:30 pm... this is just RIDICULOUS AND AVOID AT ALL POSSIBLE!!!!!! CHARLOTTE
