I called Lobel to get my pay off amount. I verifed the amount 3 times. I set the full pay off amount via western union and called back to give the customer service rep the wire code, amount and to confirm this was it. She stated it was indeed the correct amount and I would receive my title in 4-6 weeks. After 3 weeks I get a phone call from Lobel saying I owe an additional $100. I was furious. They said they just got an invoice form the repo co. (i was never informed my car was going to be repo'd) And I owe $100. I asked for something in writing and did not recieve anything. I then got another call I asked to speak to a manager and was sent to voice mail where I left a message. no return call.

I got another call and again demanded something in writing saying the amount I owed, why and that this would pay off my account in full and I would recieve my title. Instead, I recieved a copy of my orginal contract! Nothing about what amount they are currently asking me to pay. I called agian spoke to Joesph's assistant. She then told me no the amount I owed was $120. Wow! They increased the amount again. And she told me it was 66 days late!! It has only been 2 weeks since I was first informed of the $100 additional they want! I have repeatedly asked for the amount, why and verification that once paid I will recieve my title and they are basically refusing. Lobel is nothing but a complete RIP-OFF! I pray no one ever uses this company and they quickly go out of business, deeply in debt.
