LOBEL FINANCIAL ripoff I beleive is making there money by sueing people and not by loans with interest ANAHEIM California
Lobel is making more money off sueing people than they do loans with interest.I had my vehicle reposessed when it was barley 30 days late.I tried to get the vehicle back but they kept making it difficult to get it back. Finally after the harrassing phone calls I just let it go back.
They sold it at auction but still have not mailed anything to me. I received a phone call at the end of October asking if I was going to pay the balance of what was owed after they sold the vehicle. I told Lobel that as soon as they mail me the breakdown of what they sold it for I can make arrangements.
I also gave them my current address. Here it is November and I still have not received any mail. I recently sent a certified letter asking them for the balance breakdown. Now I was just served papers saying they are sueing me for alot of money and that I defaulted the contract in May.
I did some investigating and I show 97 complaints on BBB.I also went on the San Bernardino county court house page and found over 150 lawsuits that they have sued people on the same thing as mine.
They have to be stopped!!!

Lobel Financial won. They sued me for 9,000.00 which the car was only 7500.00.The sold my vehicle at auction for 1500.00 and the loan balance was only 7500.00.They claimed damaged the vehicle. I could not afford an attorney so Lobel won the case and now has placed a property lien against my name. I wish someone would stop these loan sharks!!!!

I have mailed a certified letter to Lobel on Nov. 21st to ask about the loan balance and still nothing.I feel they know they are loaning money to people with bad credit and they know they are going to default and thats when they take you for every penny you have robbing from the poor. How do they get away with robbing people?
