Complaint Review: Local Biz USA

I wondered why my business phone bill was so high. I got to checking & these people call you up & say they are going to make a web site foryou at NO COST.......right, I always hang up on them because......the end result is you have to pay for that web site eventually. I don't do it, I just hang up on them because they do not understand NO. They some how added the charges to my phone bill, without me knowing or authorizing it. SBC credited my account & are checking it out.
