I received a letter with specific information about the home I just bought. There s a "please respond by" date of 12/22/14, an amount of $89.00 for them to supply me with a deed.
I'm sorry, this is public information and I have all of the documentation I need. I recieved that documentation from my Title Company. This is a scam.
I could see how people might just write a check and drop it in the mail or call in and make this payment.
FOR WHAT??? SCAM!!!
