I joined LAL in the 2nd week of Jan 09. I also went to there kickoff meeting in late January and another LAL meeting in Las Vegas in March 09. The company stated since they are in a soft launch they would allow an individual to buy more than one brand builder position. So I bought 3 brand builder positions at $299 each. LAL accidentally billed my credit card twice for one of the brand builder positions I purchased. I notified LAL of this error along with the documents from the credit card company. They ignored my request to have this charge reversed so after 30 days or more I went ahead and contacted the credit card company and had the charges reversed.

When LAL saw that I did this they closed me out of my back office on 2 of my brand builder positions. So now I paid $299 for 2 brand builder positions that I no longer have access to and can do business from. So after having spent $299 each for 3 brand builder positions ($1000 total)I only have one brand builder position that I can do business from.

Additionally I went out and sold premium ads where the customer paid for an entire year up front; only to find out that the ads are not showing up anywhere! These customers are very upset because they paid $1000 to $2000 on a credit card for a product that doesn't perform anywhere near as close to what LAL claims. Additionally I paid LAL for some DVD's in January that where a recorded interview with the CEO of LAL that could be shown to potential recruits and they cheated me out of the money that I spent for these DVD''s because they never sent them to me.

As far as I am concerned these people are liars and thieves. And I can not find ONE customer who has paid LAL for an ad package and is even somewhat satisfied, they are all unhappy and think it's a scam.

Ge,

I am sorry you had these problems, but had you looked at LAL policies you would have read that an individual having multiple positions using the same name and ss# is against the policy. The reason for this is that the computer system does not know which position to pay. Only one position is allowed unless you form an LLC or a corporation since they will have separate E.I.N. numbers. I am sure this is why you had this problem and now only have one position left. It is obvious to me that you were very serious about LAL. With the system that is up and running now the ads are pushing out just like we told our customers they would. In the beginning there were many reps that did not go to the training site that showed them how to place an ad. There are certain things you must do in order for an ad to push out correctly. I know this to be true because I helped hundreds of representatives correct the mistakes they made with zip codes etc. I can honestly say that 95% of the problems people had getting their ads to work were because reps never took the time to even look at the tutorial showing them how to do it correctly. I am not trying to say that we did not have our share of technical difficulties as well, but those have all been resolved and the LAL system is running better than ever.

We have a full customer service department to handle these issues. I would be glad to help anyway I can to resolve the problems you may be having. This site will not allow me to post my email but if you were to call Boomj.com in Las Vegas I am positive someone there will assist you immediately. It is my wish that we can straighten out any problems no matter whose fault it was and get you back on the road to success.

Sincerely,

Terry Curtin
