There is a fraudster by the name of "greenie" (he may other aliases) who posts to message boards and blogs of marijuana related sites offering a weed delivery service in your city. He is a scammer! He requests money through bitcoin or Western Union and then never delivers. Do not send him money under any any circumstance!
