Lochinvar Bad customer service Lebano Tennessee
I had an error in my boiler. I did call Lochinvar Support and after 30 minutes waiting on line hang up. I did call again and theytold me to leave a message which I did. Nobody did call me back.
I did call to a local heating professional to get it done. He did contact the local didtributor but told him that my error did not exist. I did send him the picture but still no answer. He tried a few times and got no answer.
We are -30 C here and have heating issues. We do not get any support and they told us that it is normal at this time of the year. I will not buy this manufacturer next time.
