Complaint Review: LOCK-TITE

Lock-tite did not bother to contact any customers and verify if their infomation was the same. They used old records to build their date base up. This caused them to bill wrong accounts that were no longer being used for their withdrawls which caused us an overdraft fee and started a domino effect of other checks to bounce. A representative told me that they did not have the man power to call all the accounts, so they would handel the complaints as they came in. They would not return our calls and the owner dodged us everytime we called trying to get answers on how they was going to settle this with us. They did not pull the last 2 payments out our account but they have not tried to follow up with us, or apologized, or say whether or not they would take the payments. My contract is officially over with them and I would not reccommend them to anyone. They are a disgrace to ADT, as an authorized dealer.

I thought you were complaining about Locktite, the company that manufactures & sells various adhesives. I wonder if Locktite knows about Lock-Tite?
