This is one of the worst online motorcyle accessory businesses I have ever dealt with.I sent an e-mail with just a suggestion about letting customers know how difficult it is to find a tool to remove the idiotic one way screws that they include with a 15.00 helmet lock if you ever need to move or reposition the lock.
What do I get back but a reply that basically "what are you an idiot email" I blasted him back twice in a manner that while not professional made me feel better since I believe in treating others as they treat me.
Save yourself the hassle and don't deal with this person or his "business"

Found this by accident since we never received a notification of this negative report. A few years ago now but I remember this person because of his extreme bad social skills.
As we tried to explain to this man, a helmet lock mounted on a handlebar, always has one way screws. Otherwise it would be easy to use a screwdriver and take it off.
Of course, some people only want to hear what they want to hear.
A bit like the Sarah Palin crowd. Dumb and ignorant but ... real Americans.
Oh well....
Good thing we have many thousands of great customers and only a few 'unpleasant ones' like Dave Woodland.
We have been doing this for over 10 years now so something must be right.
