Locksmith 24-7 Services website shows various services being offered including lock rekeying starting at $19.  Residential service call $19.

The tech’s name was Moshiko from RS Royal Services from Studio City.  He shows up with his pants down showing off his a**.  I am not interested in what kind of underwear he wears, find it offensive and almost cancelled the job right then...and I should have!  I agreed to have the lock rekeyed at $69, although I thought it was a very inflated price for the type of lock that it is.  He adds another $20 saying that he discounted it from normal $35 labor stated on your website.  It is not on the website other than the other services being offered.  He incorrectly calculates the invoice and adds another $10.  He said he will discount it another $10 if I will pay cash.  No way!  The invoice was confusing.  I called three times to get this resolved.  Once on 3-04-15, again on 3-05-15, and on 3-12-15.  The first two calls promised a supervisor would call back.  No return calls from supervisors.  The third time I asked for a supervisor and got Amy.   She asked me to email my invoice to them for review over the course of a day or two.  Nothing!  No call or email.  I want the extra labor charge and additional money added from miscalculating refunded to me.  Once these guys leave, there is no getting them to come back.  Buyers beware!  Find a brick and mortar locksmith store and be willing to stop them before they leave if the bill is wrong.  This particular website uses generic words in it's title and can't find any place to post a review (i.e. yelp).  Mosh, pull up your pants and learn to add!
