Locksmith Pros Company Technician threatened my husband when we decided to go to ((REDACTED))) for what we needed Murray Utah

I called this company because we needed a locksmith. Their pricing was a little high but I asked them to come out anyway. My husband called (((REDACTED))) and they gave a much more reasonable quote. So I called this company back and told them we didn't want to have them come out. They said okay and said they would call the technician. A few minute later, the technician shows up at our place of business and my husband tells him that we had called the company and cancelled. He started yelling at my husband telling him we should have called him directly. My husband told him that we had called the company for the service and called the company back to cancel the service.

He then became really angry and told my husband that he already had the key made, So my husband told him that if he had the key made and it worked than we would pay for it. So they went out to the car and the technician put the key in the car door and said see. My husband told him that he wanted to see it start the car before he paid and the technician told him that he hadn't fully keyed it yet, so my husband told him that we didn't need his service. The technician told my husband that he still had to pay the $120 and my husband said that we wasn't going to pay the fee because he didn't get any service. Then the guy freaked out and started screamng at him that he had to pay the fee and if he didn't he would get it out of him one way or the other. My husband told him to get off our property, but he still didn't leave. He was on the phone with someone pacing back and forth in our parking log. 

In the meantime, somebody from the company tried to call me back on my phone about 10-15 times, but because of my husband being threatened, I didn't answer the phone. My husband then called me to tell me that the technician wasn't leaving and would I call the company and have them call them to get him off the property. When I called the company, I talked to someone named Lily who said that she was manager. She said that she would call him and tell him to leave so we hung up but then she called me back a few minutes later to tell me that the reason she had called me 17 times before was to tell me that we had to pay the service fee. I told her that I was not going to pay a service fee to a company whose employees threatened us and that I was calling the police She said that she was calling the police to have us arrested. I hung up on her and then called the police.

DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY!
