Complaint Review: Locksmith-pros

 I called this company 2/7/2017 to get a new key made for my 2005 Mitsubishi Montero and about 30 minutes after I called, a guy in a van came out and gave me a break down of how much it would cost. Because my car ignition key needs a chip it had to be programmed so the locksmith that arrived said it's $60 for the key $60 to program it and $15 for the service a total of $135 I agreed because I just had to have a key made prior about 6 months ago and it was $120 as well so my mom paid for it with her debit card because I was broke and keep in mind she lives off of social security...

The guy never gave me a receipt and left before I could get one. The next day my mom called me and said they charged her card $335 so I called and told them there was a mistake.. The person I spoke with was guetto, unprofessional and rude as hell and wouldn't budge and said oh well too late my mom signed there is nothing that can be done. There is no way in hell I'd ever pay $335 for a key when I know it only cost $130ish these people are a fraud. And my poor moms account is overdrawn now and she is in a really bad place right now financially please stop them from taking advantage of people
