Complaint Review: Locksmith Pros

Locksmith Pros sent a tech to me and the tech said he could open my safe and the key pad would still be useable well after he left the keypad worked but the lock itself didnt. Nationwide

I called Locksmith Pros last the first few compaines I called said they could only open the safe my drilling through the key pad which I didnt want so I was informed to call other places so finally when I got to Locksmith pros I made it very clear that I didnt want to damage the safe so when the tech called me I sent him a picture and he said he could get it open with out making it useless and he asked how much I would pay I said well I'll pay up to $100. because the safe was only worth $50.

So he gets to my house and hour later then planned and says its gonna cost $150. I said no way I told you it wasnt worth that much and I wont pay it so finally after going back and forth we agreed on $100. fine and I made it very clear I didnt want it damaged the key broke off in it and there was no batteries in the key pad so I said i dont care if the lock is damaged I just want to know I would still be able to use the key pad he said yes it will work no problem . After he leaves I put batteries in it and great the key pad works but it don't lock so there for its no good to me anymore . I called him back a few times ofcourse no answer the company i called atleast 10 times they dont call back and after talking to a superviser she claims the tech says he couldnt do it without damage thats not called damage its called destroying it and making it useless after I told him only try if I can still use it he said yes it will work .
