Hair color nightmare, 7 hours of hell. Stylist Greg irreparably damaged my hair, had a rude and flippant attitude and took no responsibility for making it right. Do not let this man touch your hair. Looking back on the comments I overheard, I think other staff knew he was doing something wrong but did not offer any remedy until I was in tears with bright yellow hair with purple streaks and the consistency of straw.
At one point, he put a very caustic-smelling chemical on my hair and told me it was shampoo. I questioned what kind of shampoo, because the fumes were making me gag. Another employee pointed out that it was "enlightener" (Aveda terminology for bleach), which he was using to "shampoo" out the purple streaks.
Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this salon because of my experience with Greg. A responsible business would not employ such an individual, and would step in when they notice harm being done and a customer being deceived.
