Michele lane She tie you into a lease then start hurrahs sing you about fine prints...like follow your company around the apartments.. ,,,to car and back pool weights...they could have ..mentioned that up front, I was not looking for a dormitory..,,I just got out of college.pass you around like a warm.. doughnut, when they asked me to complain.favoritism.. for whites...been here a year. They lyes. Ey do not ..force white people to keep dogs on leashes.Lye.......I don't like dogs.i have been to there office and sat waiting while listening to them gossip about the residents...I'm sure I have been done the same when I leave their office.very messy management people...the entire office are all slick a*s lil fonies...smile in you face and have mess going 24-7.instead of making residents comfortable,,,this one year has been hell.they need to be ejected from that position.im sure the right person will sew the pants off for what is going on...moved me into a dirty apartment.mopped it with dirty water.. Black mold is all over the building and garages...yeah very poor management, but they have plenty of time to be messy.the court yard has been under construction for a while ver a year and counting.people are paying for those views...they hooking people with b.s.the trash shoots are bacteria smelling.mold coming out of the pies/plumbing to each aprtments.the a/c units are filthy... Never cleaned...the ventilation compartment is filthy...cans , tape dust and dander..up there.blowing badd are through your apartment and you paying out of your pocket trying to keep up with the cleaning ...after work....wow...and no one passed her to complain to...is why this is happening...management to the management is poor as well.managment is not being managed properly.common sense....please...please read...this is all truths...good luck.!!!! These apartment have very very poor management and the owners and upper management have no contact or way of knowing how badd of a condition it has become. Michelle lane, is a very weak and poor manger...they are messy in e front office.i have walked in on a couple of occasions with Michelle there and witnessed every one huddled in her office laughing about tenants, and discussing tenants business.:-(.
Same person I have to deal, has no resolution to problems there.i have had upstairs neighbors that they act like they couldn't say anything to.and communicate what's going on wih distractions or why or how,,,is all a mystery and you better not ask any questions.not too friendly..the smiles are fony and messy...me and my company have been harassed for absolutely no reason.you can be cooking or showering..you are expected to walk company in and out of the property...after you move in not when you are signing the lease...with your mail theist goes through front office and they go through your business.
when moving in (the cleaners).. Cleaned /mopped with funky smelly dirty water,,, inside the apartment.as well as everything was dirty and they replied , we don't clean them, you are responsible for this...wow( I really got cought me off guard..)on the move in...after I signed the lease.
the court yard and pool, that people are paying for a view,,,has been and is still under construction...people are hopefully paying for the messed up view...and constantly being shunned off..lyed to about it and it being completed.
there is black mold problem within the plumbing and all over buillding and sidings and ground...not being cared for or payed attention too...very por management. The cracks around the doors and windows are not sealed properly, therefore the dusty mold enters your apartment at will.then my a/c duct very filthy,,,spitting out black dust moldmthat can be seen and felt.in the year that I have been here. I had to suffer from that for the first four months...the walls were filthy ddirty behind the stove and refrigerator was filthy and ddirty they curtains and housing filthy, I had to take em down myself and soak with bleach in a tub.
toilet and plumbing full of mold,,,not treated I had to clean mmyself molded piping..I had to have pipes treated. Michelle acted dumb and there was nothing they could do about there property...maybe the city should take a better look at the way business is runn
.the gargles and Parking is filthy dirty..is is sorry and nasty, which leads me to believe that they are sorry and nasty as well, because if you are not ,,,how could you come here and work in this all day every day, and do nothing about these situations and call yourself management.
Ounce moved in look around,,very dirty,,, can't see when in a rush trying to cover everything, in a move.
your mail goes through the front office and they claim its for your protection, but they talk and discuss ,lol, the residents business ,,,in front of other tenants and with other tenants.
so now not only re they hurrahs sing you , I'm getting dirty looks around this property.
i have to meet with other tenant to discuss this to raise awareness. They also try to make it to we're it is illegal for you to talk to neighbors to help keep mess down....this company promotes the messy ness.
i am soo sorry thmoved signed that lease and it has bAlcoa year and I have been waiting for a year to move.no one should be forced to live like this. In fear that they will mess up my rental history or make my life harder to maneuver...,
I have not made aunty of see circumstances up.....they are all true to facts.
i am taking the time to write this because , I am hoping that no one else falls for this again.
and maybe if people stop accepting the low standards, they will loose money and really take action to make this place a better living environment.
