I have a full conversation and documents, SRS regarding the project I wanted to develop with help of logicspice consultancy. I choose Logicspice/phpMaestro for the project over freelancer.com. They were very good when the conversation started and seemed a very nice company. They got me in trust that they can develop the project I was discussing. It was a servicing website where users can register and add their services and the another type of user can enqire about the services. They sent me a really nice long SRS of around 40 pages. They agreed to do it in the budget of $4000(although a lot of other freelancers were willing to do the same in just $2500, but still I choose them as they have good profile rating over freelancer.com)

They kept the easy tasks at the top of SRS and kept the high percentage of amount to be paid in initial stage of the project. There were 6 Milestones of the project and when the first 3 Milestone were done, I had already paid 60% of the total amount that is $2800.

You'll get an idea of the payment structure after seeing the following:-

Milestone 1: $1000

Milestone 2: $1000

Milestone 3: $800

Milestone 4: $500

Milestone 5: $500

Milestone 6: $200

I never noticed that they always kept high payments in the initial stage (although initial modules were less time taking and were really easy). When all the modules were completed according to their SRS, the total project was not even working well. It was showing a lot of fatal errors and warnings. When I asked to correct all the erros they asked me to pay additional amount of $2000 to remove all errors. I didn't think it was a good idea to do that. So I just aksed for the code that they have developed so far. They also refused me to give the code at first but after a few long talks and wasting a lot of time I got the code (which is not working till now).

They also made a lot of attempts and forced me to post a 5 Star rating on their profile over freelancer.com. When I refused to do so they posted review for me and have not informed me.

This project is not working till now, although it was planned to be live 2 months ago. I've already hired another company to do the project. My advice to you is, please STAY AWAY! BE WARNED!. Do not work with them. They are real frauds. And please do not work with them only because they have really good rating over freelancer.com. Manish shrimal is a fraud person. Stay away.

PS: I am still trying to get a refund of the amount (Not the full refund, but some part of it) If they don't pay it back within 1 month, that is before 8/05/2015, I'll post all the SRS and documents of conversation on the following URL :-

Hello,
I don’t believe this allegation is from a real customer, as we never had a customer of this description nor would we ever treat a customer in this way.
We never had such problem, as reported, with any of our clients. In this post there is no information about the client username and project URL on freelancer.com. Also the URL for project documents provided is showing not found by google drive.
We always keep our clients well informed in writing, over the private message board of freelancer or through the proposal and we always take approval from the client over the proposal, before we start work on any project. If sometimes any functionality addition or removal is considered, we always inform the client about the same and we also explain about it's impact on the budget and timeline of the project.
Also over freelancer, If you paid us there, you can post the review about us there, instead of this website, we request our clients for rating after project completion, but there is no one in the position to force anybody for ratings. Also if you find anything unreasonable with our practice, you can also follow the dispute resolution procedure there or you can also request a refund through the freelancer support team, but the fact is that we did't got any refund or dispute request on any of the projects, we did in recent times. We have't got any dispute request since last few years on Freelancer, and freelancer.com takes good care of the interest of employer and service providers.
Still we would like to request client username, project URL, communication and transaction details which has been processed over freelancer.com as per this post here, so that we can check and resolve the issues, if any.
Our team has completed more than 1000 applications/projects from different clients so far and we believe in fair business practices.

Regards
Logicspice Support Team
