I signed up for LogicWeb in Sept/2015 after searching for dedicated hosting companies. They had competitive prices and seemed ok when i searched for reviews on them. I noticed issues on my first server setup. ping times were outragously high and the packet loss was over 30%. i was told a new server was on order and I would be moved in a few days. I was moved to new server and problems persisted.

bottom line:Support is very poor. they will not assist in diagnosing issues, they will ask you to provide detailed info on the issue and write it off as not a problem. they are rude and downright childish when finally left with no way to squirm out of an issue. 

there are plenty of great mid level hosting companies out there. just not logic web aka
