I recently purchased a $1900.00 engine from Logistic's Auto Parts, LLC. I come to find out that I received a bad engine. I'm trying to get a hold of someone because their website is now down. I did some research and this is what I came across with; Logistics Auto Parts, LLC is a company ran out of 1703 N. Tampa Street Suite 9 and 10 owned by Mr. Franklin Padilla and Heather Padilla. This is not asalvage yard like the salesman Mr.Jackson promised me. Mr. Franklin Padilla opened this operation for only two weeks and made over $70,000 and then shut down the company leaving some people with no parts, bad parts and the pending 90 day warranty as stated on the receipts and website. Mr. Frank Padilla is still working at the same location but as a different company called "Legal Advantage INC. This man is a master at being a crook and getting away with a lot due to the fact that his cousin is a U.S Marshall. Mr. Franklin Padilla owns and drives a Black Hummer but also drives a 1998 green Dodge Intrepid to try and confuse people that are looking for him. What you can do if you haven't received your part or your merchandise goes bad within 3 months please feel free to contact him at his cell phone number (813)-712-9122 His Legal Advantage office: (813) 223-1679. His wife Heather drives a black 2001 Mercedes SLK 320. Mr. Padilla also owns a Cessna plane that he keeps just in case he has to flee the country back to Venezuela where he's originally from.

It's sad to say that Mr. Franklin Padilla is under-oath and is suppose to protect us consumers but instead he is only screwing us out of our hard earned money.
